Return Policy

Any problems with an order must be reported to within 48 hours of receipt

 

NO RETURNED GOODS SHALL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA)

 

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

 

Customers must package in a manner to prevent damage.

 

Products must be returned within 15 days from receipt.

 

A credit will be issued after Marlow receives returned merchandise.

 

No returns on special ordered (not stock) merchandise.
